OREANDA-NEWS. On 4 September 2009 was announced, that Ukraine and Libya agreed on creation of the joint center for AN aircrafts in Libya during the last visit of the Ukrainian Prime Minister Mrs. Timoshenko to Libya. It will provide service as well as sales of all AN aircraft types in Africa.
