OREANDA-NEWS. September 04, 2009. BTA Bank's subsidiary-Temirbank (Almaty, hereafter - the bank), a company listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE the Board of Directors of the bank made decisions, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- to ouster from the management board M. Moldakhmetov;

- to elect to the management board K. Esbulatov, M. Zhakezhanov and D. Karimbaev as deputy chairmen of the management board.
