Ukraine Furthers Implementation of Bail-Out Program for Building
OREANDA-NEWS. September 04, 2009. The Government has been following out the anti-crisis program in building area in a system and consistent way. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko announced on opening of a Government’s session.
Yulia Tymoshenko noted it was the fifth session of the Government dedicated to the issues of building branch. The Premier emphasized that approved during sitting decision on use of funds of the State Mortgage Department for the purchase of unfinished housing objects would give chance to complete 13 thousand 659 flats in various regions of Ukraine.
According to Yulia Tymoshenko, by implementing the Ant-Crisis Program together with builders the Gov’t assists also to 8700 families who invested their money into flats in unfinished houses.
Besides, the Prime Minister disclosed the Gov’t has a clear schedule of putting in exploitation of such residential buildings and handing over by the state of flats to the privileged categories of citizens.
“When we have completed this program on the basis of five sessions of the Government we will have chance to provide with accommodation up to one thousand of families on the privileged conditions,” Yulia Tymoshenko clarified the situation.
The Prime Minister emphasized that during meeting the Gov’t would approve an order of distribution of flats and create Coordination Council within the Cabinet of Ministers with this aim: “Today two decisions are to be taken and they are called to make the procedure of giving of privileged flats to their owners absolutely transparent”.
“We wish this good deed we are doing now in synergy with the builders would have neither taste of corruption nor the taste of lobbyism,” Yulia Tymoshenko said and added all the building companies collaborating with the Government were satisfied with results of the joint activity.
