OREANDA-NEWS. September 04, 2009. Country’s head decreed to allocate AZN 3 million from his reserve fund of the 2009 state  budget for construction in accordance with the state program of new multi-storey housing  buildings for about 700 families of forcibly displaced persons. Funds are assigned for designing  and launch of construction of new dwelling buildings.

The  ministry of finance was ordered to pay funds. In addition, the  State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) was charged  to envisage funds in corresponding size in the project of its budget for 2010 for continuation of construction works of the buildings, and the Cabinet of Ministers was charged to solve other issues, following the real Order.
