OREANDA-NEWS. September 04, 2009. OHZ-Invest LLC paid interest on the eleventh coupon of its Series 01 bonds in full and on time. Sviaz-Bank acted as the managing underwriter of the issue and paying agent, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 14.5% per annum, or 36 rubles 15 kopecks per bond.

A total of 32,535,000 rubles was paid out in coupon interest.
OHZ-Invest LLC floated its first-ever bond issue on November 22, 2006, to raise 900 million rubles. On May 23, 2008, the company redeemed some of its bonds before they were due. The three-year bonds come with 12 coupons each.
