OREANDA-NEWS. On 03 September 2009 was announced, that meeting of the Board of Directors of BTA Bank JSC elected Mr. Sergei V. Yeltsov to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Member of the Management Board of BTA Bank JSC.

Curriculum Vitae:

In 1997 graduated from International Law faculty of Kazakh institute of law and international relations under International Lawyer specialty.

In 2005 graduated from “Finance and Credit” faculty of Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics under Economist specialty.

In 2007– studied under MBA Executive education program “Company management: new technologies”

In 1995 worked in the capacity of specialist in Contract – Legal Department of Industry and Trade Ministry of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Since 1998 – chief specialist of Non-commercial Laws Division of Legal Service Department of Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Since 1999 – key lawyer of “Kazakhtelecom” OJSC, senior lawyer of “National Legal Service” CJSC of Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

From 2000 to 2007 have been employed in “Kazfosfat” LLP in the capacity of lawyer, Director of Legal Department, Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Vasilkovskiy Mining and Concentrating Complex” OJSC (part time employment);

From February 2008 to August 2009 – Director of Legal Service Department, Managing Director, Chairman of the Management Board of “Investment Fund of Kazakhstan” JSC.

December 2003 – successfully passed examination for the position of Judge of Qualification Board of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and included into reservation list of judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
