According to the seven months results of 2009 passenger traffic had a total enrolment of 3 606 891 people, which is 11,3 % less than it was during the same period in 2008, including:

International airlines passenger traffic to foreign countries had a total enrolment of 1 601 449 people, which is 12,2 % less than the number of passengers carried during the seven months of 2008.

Domestic airlines passenger traffic had a total enrolment of 1 715 071 people, which is 11,6 % less than during the seven months of 2008.

Passenger traffic to the countries of CIS decreased by 3,4 % and had a total enrolment of 290 371 people.

The number of takeoff and landing operations decreased by 12,0 % and had a total enrolment of 48 470 takeoffs and landings. The volume of handled gross take-off weight (GTOW) is 1 712 tons, the decrease is 13,1 % as compared with the same period in 2008.

Results of July 2009

According to the results of July 2009 passenger traffic of Pulkovo Airport had a total enrolment of 800 076 people, which is 6 % less than the activities of July 2008, including:

Domestic airlines passenger traffic had a total enrolment of 352 900 people, which is 2,5% less than in July 2008.

International airlines passenger traffic to the foreign countries in July 2009 had a total enrolment of 383 576 people, which is 8,9 % less than the number of passengers, carried during July 2008.

Passenger traffic to the countries of CIS decreased by 6,3 % and had a total enrolment of 63 600 people.

The number of takeoff and landing operations in July 2009 decreased by 6,7 % and had a total enrolment of 9 042 takeoffs and landings. The volume of handled gross take-off weight (GTOW) is 320 636 tons, the decrease is 13,0 % as compared with the same period in 2008.
