OREANDA-NEWS. On 01 September 2009 was announced, that OJSC "VEROPHARM" refutes information on the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings against it, circulated by "PROTEK" company.

The writ obligatory brought by "PROTEK" for payment of 22 322 357 rubles 25 kopeks, the transaction for which the OJSC "VEROPHARM" acted as the guarantor, was executed by "Atoll Farm ltd" in accordance with applicable law.

"Protek" has no legal grounds for the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings of OJSC "VEROPHARM".
