OREANDA-NEWS. On 01 September 2009 was announced, that TMM Company had finished the brick laying works in its economy-class residential project Aviator at 22-28, Komarova ave (Kyiv). Subsequently, the tower cranes at both sections have been disassembled (the crane at 1st section was disassembled in June 2009).

As part of current construction process the insulation of the balconies and the facade works are being carried out. The glazing works in the whole complex are 90% complete as of today.

After the disassembly of the tower crane at 1st section in June 2009, the company began works in the second part of the underground parking where the foundation works are currently in progress. The roof works are now 80% completed and the engineering systems works – water supply, sewage, heating and electricity systems installation – are 70 % completed. The internal finishing works are in progress.

TMM Company's "Aviator" residential complex (22-28, Komarova ave, Kyiv) consists of two 22-storeyed residential sections. The total area of the complex is 26.7 sq m. The project also includes underground and above-ground car parks and commercial premises on the ground floor of the residential building. The construction of the complex began in 2007; the completion is scheduled for 4Q 2009. The pre-sales of apartments in the complex are in progress.

Currently TMM has 7 residential projects under construction (2 in Kyiv and 5 in Kharkiv). These are the projects with the level of completion from 60 % to 95%.
