OREANDA-NEWS. The Exchange Council of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) de-listed BCC Securities - Bank CenterCredit's subsidiary (Almaty) beginning August 28, 2009 from KASE category "A". This means BCC Securities is no longer a KASE member and may not trade on KASE, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The decision was made based on request of BCC Securities dated July 29, 2009 No. 41s/09, therein the company informs on its reorganization and merger with BCC Invest - Bank CenterCredit's subsidiary.
