OREANDA-NEWS. August 31, 2009. Atomenergoprom OJSC has reorganized Atomenergoremont OJSC by incorporating Sevatomenergoremont OJSC and Kurskturboatomenergoremont OJSC into that company.

The property of those companies has been given to Atomenergoremont OJSC.

Sevatomenergoremont OJSC and Kurskturboatomenergoremont OJSC have been excluded from the state register of legal entities.

“As a result of the reorganization, our company has turned into a unified big specialized repair organization coordinating all sub-contractor activities for maintaining and repairing the Russian nuclear power plants. The reorganization will help us to improve the quality of our work and to reduce the operating costs of the plants,” says Director General of Atomenergoremont OJSC Vladimir Minayev.
