OREANDA-NEWS. On 31 August 2009 was announced, that Oranta National Joint-Stock Insurance Company will traditionally participate in the Baden-Baden Reinsurance Symposium to be held in Baden-Baden (Germany) from October 25 to October 30, 2009.

Insurance and reinsurance companies, financial corporations, insurance brokers, as well as companies providing services to insurers (legal and IT companies) participate in the Baden-Baden meeting every year.

 The Baden-Baden meeting was the annual German Marine Conference for many years until 1978. From 1979 that event moved to another town, but assigners, re/insurers and brokers continued to meet each other in Baden-Baden to evaluate last year’s results, conduct negotiations, and discuss resumption of reinsurance contracts.

 All participants make their own meeting schedules using the contact information that is published on the conference website. Oranta has been taking part in the symposium since 2002.
