OREANDA-NEWS. August 28, 2009. Pursuant to the order of the CEO, Mr. Roman Salkov has been appointed head of ROSNO’s Agency Sales Department. Previously, this position was held by Mr. Elnur Suleymanov, who was appointed the company’s Sales Director this August. At the new position, the top priority for Mr. Roman Salkov will be to launch a quality-driven development stage for ROSNO’s agent network, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.   

Roman Salkov was born in Ryazan on 18 May 1980. In 2002, he completed studies in the RF State University "Higher School of Economics", Department of Economics, majoring in Finance and Credit. In June 2009, he completed his MBA studies in the Higher School of Management (GU VShE).

The professional career of Roman Salkov started in December 2000 with ROSNO. During his 7 years with the company, he has come a long way from the chief specialist of the Life Insurance Department to the head of the Agency Sales Department of the Moscow Regional Directorate and first deputy of the head of ROSNO’s Agency Sales Department.

The major strategic operating priorities for the division headed by Mr. Roman Salkov will be:

developing unique technologies and sales automation tools;

retaining and growing the client portfolio;

improving the environment for the agents’ professional development.
