OREANDA-NEWS. August 28, 2009. Joint Stock Company “United Aircraft Corporation” (UAC) announces that the Federal Financial Markets Service has registered the report on the additional shares issue on August 18, 2009.

UAC placed 6,000,000,000 additional ordinary shares with the Russian Federation. UAC additional shares issue was paid for in cash worth RUR6.3 bln. Upon completion of the additional shares issue, UAC chartered capital amounts to 116,280,337,613 ordinary shares, while the stake of the Russian Federation in UAC increased to 91.79%.
