OREANDA-NEWS. On 28 August 2009 was announced, that the second building of Marfino Hotel intended for homeless people is to be raised in northeastern Moscow by 2015.

According to a source from City Hall, the Department of Capital Construction ordered by the Moscow Government is in charge of erecting the second building of Marfino Hotel within the long-term program aimed at developing Moscow’s northeastern administrative district till 2015.

The design documents on the new hotel building are supposed to be prepared from 2009 to 2011, the development will be carried out from 2010 to 2015.
