On August 26, 2009 ATFBank (Almaty, hereafter - the bank), a company listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) approved, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- Alberto Rossetti - as a member of the Board of Directors - an independent director of the bank;

- Romeo Kolina - as a member of the Board of Directors of the bank.
