OREANDA-NEWS. August 27, 2009. In July, the Tax Department of Baku city and departments of its branches to serve taxpayers continued measures to inform and enlighten.

The Azerbaijani Ministry of Taxes reports that in July 2009, the employees of Department and its branches rendered 26,567 kinds of various tax services to 9,078 taxpayers.

"Among them, the services on tax legislation were rendered to the taxpayers in 7,648 cases, the information was provided about the cards of private accounts in 2,270 cases. At the same time, assistance was rendered on drawing up of tax returns in 1,284 cases and etc,” it was informed.

In July 2009, 4,291 forms of applications, declarations and other papers were given and the rules for filling these papers were explained to the taxpayers.
