OREANDA-NEWS. On 27 August 2009 was announced, that Aleksandr Kolokoltsev was assigned to a position of the Executive Vice-President of IES-Holding Generation Center Division. Previously he was a manager of the Department of repairs, technical retooling, and reconstruction of CJSC IES.

Being assigned to a post of the head of Generation Center Division, Aleksandr Kolokoltsev has replaced Vyacheslav Kramarenko, who held this position over one year and managed the division in a difficult period of economic crisis. Aleksandr Kolokoltsev considers ensuring a reliable and uninterruptible consumer power supply, improving production efficiency, and implementing a priority investment program of IES the main objectives of his new position.

The IES-Holding Retail Division will be headed by Sergey Yemelchenkov the Executive Vice President from August 1, who previously held the company's position of the Information Technologies Vice President. He replaced Andrey Pestov, Executive Vice President of the CJSC IES, who became a manager of special gas projects of the Holding.

The improving of a customer-centered orientation by IES's power sales companies is an unconditional priority for the Retail Division, - said Sergey Yemelchenkov. "Now the power sales business comes to an era of tough competition, thus our main task is to change work system so that not just to preserve our client base, but also attract new consumers.  It is not possible without fundamental change of mentality, approaches, and business processes in power sales companies", - said he.

Biographical Data:

Aleksandr Aleksandrovich Kolokoltsev was born in 1962. He graduated from the Pavlodar Industrial Institute, majoring in industrial heat-power engineering. In 2003-2004, he received additional education at the Academy of National Economy at the RF Government under the Company Development Management program.

From 2003 till 2004 he held a position of the head of the division of repair management and technical support of the Department of power plants of OJSC RJSC IES of Russia, and from 2004 till 2006 he was the head of the division of production program analysis of the Business Unit No.2 of OJSC RJSC IES of Russia.

From 2006 till 2008 - he was the General Director of OJSC Experimental TPS and EnergoActiv LLC.

From 2008 till 2009 he was the Head of the Department of repairs, technical retooling, and reconstruction of CJSC IES.

In 1998 he was awarded a certificate of honor by the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of the RF, in 1999 - a certificate of honor by RJSC IES of Russia, and in 2000 - "80 Years of GOELRO Plan" badge. In 2004 he was called a "Honored Worker of the Integrated Energy Systems".

Sergey Evgenjevich Emelchenkov was born in 1971. In 1994 he graduated from the Moscow State University (VMiK Department, with honors).

After graduating from the University Emelchenkov worked at Mars (one of the world's largest corporations for production and sale of consumer goods) for 9 years rising from the sales analyst to the head of the CIS IT service.

In 2005 Sergey Emelchenkov transferred to OJSC SUAL-Holding to a position of the IT director, where he implemented a number of the projects connected with IT management restructuring, introduction of enterprise management systems and management and finance reporting, as well as IPO preparation.

From March 2007 to January 2008 he was IT Deputy General Director at CJSC Renova-Finance and was responsible for IT development at Renova Group of Companies.

In February 2008 Emelchenkov became IT Vice President of IES-Holding. At this position he was also responsible for implementing.
