OREANDA-NEWS. August 27, 2009. "The National Depository Center" (Closed Joint Stock Company), Russia's only settlement depository servicing the full range of debt and equity securities of Russian issuers, announced today that MICEX Settlement House has initiated operations as NDC's regional representative in Vladivostok. With effect from August 20, 2009 NDC participants are being served at MICEX Settlement House's Primorsk branch (3 Prospect Krasnoye Znamya, Office Room 6.4, Vladivostok, 690106).

Sergey Sukhinin, Chairman of the Board Executive, MICEX Settlement House, said: "Two months of successful operations of MICEX Settlement House's branch in Samara as NDC's regional representative allowed us to gain serious experience which will be taken into consideration in Vladivostok. Highly qualified personnel holding FFMS certificates for depository activities provide an additional guarantee of high quality services being provided to our customers."

Previously the functions of the regional representative of NDC were provided by “Regional Exchange Center "MICEX Far East". The terms of depository services offered NDC participants remain unchanged.
