OREANDA-NEWS. August 26, 2009. The Gov’t plans to make changes into the Statute of National Joint Stock Company Nadra Ukrayiny. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko announced on opening the Government’s sitting.

Yulia Tymoshenko stressed that during the sitting they would hear a report of the Minister of Environment and head of Nadra Ukrayiny on returning into the state property of licences that had been taken away during work of Viktor Yanukovych’s government and on handing over of the licences of Naftogas of Ukraine NJSC for development of oil and gas deposits.

 “We will adjust the Statute of the national joint stock company Nadra Ukrayiny that makes activity of this company more subordinate to the country. The management system will not afford any unpleasant cases when licenses for extraction of oil and gas are given uncontrollably on the basis of corruption,” Yulia Tymoshenko emphasized.
