OREANDA-NEWS. On 26 August 2009 was announced, that under the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus № 392 of July 29, 2009 FEZ Gomel-Raton territory was increased by 1580 hectares and amounts 5302,8 hectares now.

     5 new area have been included to FEZ Gomel-Raton:

     - 624,3918 hectares – the territory of industrial estate "Michalki" (Mozyr, Gomel region);

     - 217,4565 hectares – located in Rechitsa, Gomel region;

     - 322,68 hectares – the territory of PJC "Gomel Chemical Plant", Gomel;

     - 389,3058 hectares – located near settlement Zyabrovka, Gomel region;

     - 18,61 hectares – the territory of Republican Production Unitary Enterprise "Gomel Railway-carriage Repair Plant", Gomel;

     - 8,34 hectares – the territory of JV PJC "Gomel Electrotechnical Plant" and LTD "Belvinyl", Gomel.

     Detailed information on FEZ Gomel-Raton boundaries you can find in theEdict of the President of the Republic of Belarus On Establishment of Free Economic Zones "Minsk" and "Gomel-Raton" No. 93 of March 2, 1998 (amended as of Julay 29, 2009).

     Now FEZ Gomel-Raton is situated not only in Gomel but beyond the bounds of the city.
