OREANDA-NEWS. On August 25, 2009 DTEK, Ukraine's leader of the fuel and energy sector, has established Power Trade LLC responsible for development of export and electricity business in the target markets of Europe and CIS, reported the press-centre of SCM.

Power Trade LLC was set up on 11 February 2009. On 9 June 2009 the National Commission on Regulation of Electric Power Industry of Ukraine granted the company a licence for electricity supply according to varied tariff rates.

In June 2009 Power Trade LLC became a member of the wholesale electricity market. On 1 July 2009 the company and the state-run enterprise Energorynok signed the agreement for electricity supply according to varied tariff rates.
