OREANDA-NEWS. August 25, 2009. AGBank keeps on granting mortgage loans, being financed by the Azerbaijani Mortgage Fund (AMF) at the Central Bank (CB) of the country.

AGBank reportsa that starting with the day of renewal of mortgage in the country (June 2009) the bank granted 76 mortgage loans.

“Their sum makes up AZN 3,228,269,” the bank reported.

Over the period, the bank approved 56 mortgage loans in the sum of AZN 2,615,572 and 19 mortgage loans were received in the sum of AZN 812,690.

Maximal rate on commercial mortgage through AMF is fixed at 8% in Azerbaijan.
