OREANDA-NEWS. On August 21, 2009 Astana-Nedvizhimost (Astana, hereafter – the company), a company listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with copies of registered changes in share issue prospectus and certificate on state registration of securities issue dated August 12, 2009, substituting the one granted earlier, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the documents:

- the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) registered changes in the prospectus of share issue;

- the certificate was replaced in connection with increase in outstanding shares;

- the total of authorized shares is 4,100,000, including 3,800,000 common shares KZ1C45100019 and 300,000 preferred shares KZ1P45100115;

- the share issue is registered with the State serial securities register under number А4510;

- as on June 23, 2009 1,000,000 common shares were offered, its authorized capital is formed in the amount of KZT1,000,000,000.
