OREANDA-NEWS. August 24, 2009. Trolley-buses in the town of Vladimir are equipped with GLONASS hardware. Urban dispatcher center is to be established here in 2010. The center is to monitor all passenger trasnport in the town.

Currently the dispatchers can control 23 trolley-buses, and provide real-time responce to any emergency, in addition to watching the schedule.

Future dispatcher center will help not only to monitor the urban transport, but to save expences.
