OREANDA-NEWS. On 21 August 2009 was announced, that according to the preliminary information, over six months of 2009, total premium collected by Ingosstrakh IJSC in the Siberian Federal District of Russia amounted to RUB 1.97bln, which is 4.7% more than in 2008.

Total insurance premium for voluntary insurance other than life was RUB 1.67bln (an increase of 3.1%), including for personal insurance – RUB 304mln (a decrease of 6.5%), for property insurance – RUB 1.3bln (an increase of 3.5%), for liability insurance – RUB 46.1mln (an increase of 157%). The insurance premium collected for compulsory motor TPL insurance totaled RUB 300.6mln (an increase of 14.3%).

Payments made by Ingosstrakh IJSC in the Siberian region for direct insurance over six months of 2009 totaled RUB 1.15bln, including for voluntary personal insurance – RUB 197mln, for property insurance – RUB 503mln, for voluntary liability insurance – RUB 230mln. Payments for compulsory motor TPL insurance totaled RUB 222mln.

In the first half of 2009 the most dynamically developing business vistas in the branches of Ingosstrakh IJSC in the Siberian Federal District were compulsory motor TPL insurance and liability insurance.

The leader in terms of the amount of premium collected is Irkutsk region – RUB 594mln, the volume of premium in Krasnoyarsk district totaled RUB 459mln, in Kemerovo district – RUB 301mln. Payments in these regions totaled RUB 187mln, RUB 246mln 182mln correspondingly.
