Almaty Court Suspends Case on Bankruptcy of Transstroymost
OREANDA-NEWS. On August 14, 2009 Transstroymost (Almaty oblast), bonds of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a copy of ruling of Special inter-regional economical court dated July 30, 2009, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The court ruled to suspend a bankruptcy case on application of Transstroymost, BTA Bank's subsidiary APF BTA Kazakhstan.
The court ruled to apply a three year rehabilitation program in regard of Transstroymost beginning the effective date of the decision, approve the rehabilitation plan, order an authorized body the Committee handling insolvent debtors of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in a five day term since the decision, to appoint a rehabilitation manager, and oblige the rehabilitation manager to conduct the rehabilitation in compliance with the bankruptcy legislation.
The ruling may be appealed within fifteen days in Almaty regional court through the Special interregional economical court of Almaty oblast.
