OREANDA-NEWS. On August 17, 2009 Moody’s Investors Service has confirmed the deposit and senior unsecured debt ratings of Bank Saint Petersburg at Ba3, the press-centre of Bank Saint Petersburg reported.

Bank’s D- bank financial strength rating (BFSR) was confirmed. The Bank’s B1 subordinated long-term debt rating was also confirmed. The bank’s Not Prime short-term deposit ratings were affirmed.

At the same time Moody’s changes Bank Saint Petersburg ratings outlook from stable to negative.
