OREANDA-NEWS. August 17, 2009. Uniastrum cardholders can make monthly loan payments via QIWI, Russia’s biggest payment terminal network, following an agreement signed between Uniastrum Bank, First Processing Bank, and OSMP United Instant Payment System, reported the press-centre of Uniastrum Bank.

While still enjoying all the benefits of Uniastrum Bank’s ramified network of terminals, ATMs and branches, from now on Uniastrum customers are also able to make monthly loan payments or top up their bank cards at any of QIWI’s 87,000 payment terminals. All they have to do is to select the “Loan payment. Bank services” option on the QIWI terminal menu, press “Uniastrum Bank”, enter their details, and then deposit the required amount.

Making a payment takes as little as 3 minutes, and the funds are credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 business days. The fee charged for the transaction is 2% of the amount deposited, although a minimum Rb 60.

The service, which is available by accessing a “QIWI Personal Account”, offers the following benefits:

automatic storage of details via a payment template which is then used for subsequent transactions

payment schedule program for timely repayments and reviewing recent transactions

“QIWI Personal Account” can be accessed at any QIWI payment terminal or by clicking on www.qiwi.ru

Users of QIWI’s payment service seeking advice or assistance can call a 24-hour helpdesk toll-free in order to speak to a customer services representative: 8 800 333 00 59 (outside Moscow) or (495) 626-52-52 (Moscow).
