OREANDA-NEWS. On 18 August 2009 was announced, that Karelia became one of the six regions leading on quality of anti-corruption legal and organizational framework. Such data was received by the National Institute for System Studies of Enterpreneurship (NISSE) on results of the second round of anticorruption activity monitoring in regions of Russia. Effectiveness, efficiency and feasibility of anti-corruption measures in subjects of the Federation were assessed at drafting of this rating.

The National Institute for System Studies of Enterpreneurship works since 2001. Among partners of the Institute there are federal departments, large Russian and foreign enterprises, public organizations, educational establishments, government bodies of regions. Administrative reform, anti-corruption policy, development of small and medium business, development of information technologies, innovative policy, etc. are basic fields of activity of the NISSE.
