OREANDA-NEWS. August 17, 2009. Sorainen Belarus office provided full legal support to Ingman Ice Cream Oy, a leading Finnish ice cream producer, in its acquisition of the largest ice cream factory in Gomel (eastern Belarus) owned by the municipal government, reported the press-centre of Sorainen.

The Sorainen team performed full scope legal due diligence of the target company and advised on the transaction.

The project is one of the most notable privatization deals in Belarus in 2009. Sorainen team  in this transaction was led by partner Maksim Salahub.
