OREANDA-NEWS. On August 14, 2009 Machine building corporation Uralmash has shipped a mill housing to Ahangartsement (Uzbekistan). The contract for the supply of two housings for mills 3x14 was signed in may 2008. The second housing is to be shipped to the Uzbek enterprise until the end of August 2009, reported the press-centre of Uralmash.

This is the first supply of cement making equipment by MK Uralmash to CIS enterprises. According to Sergey Chervyakov, general director of "Mining equipment" division, the execution of this contract will provide new opportunities on the market of the former Soviet countries. He said: "Currently, we are processing applications for the supply of cement making equipment to Kyzylkumtsement (Uzbekistan), Kazakh enterprises "Semey" and "Tsentralnaya Azia Tsement", and participating in a tender for the supply of cement making equipment to Belorussia".

MK Uralmash has an extensive experience in mill manufacture. In four years, since the restoration of cement making equipment manufacture, 14 mill housings of various standard sizes have been manufactured. Among the customers are "Euro Cement Group", Suholozhsktsement, "Mordovtsement", "Sebryakovtsement", "Teploozerskiy tsementniy zavod" and others.

Ahangartsement JSC is the largest cement producer in the republic of Uzbekistan. Since 2006 the plant constitutes a part of "Euro Cement Group" holding company.
