OREANDA-NEWS. On August 11, 2009 BTA Bank's subsidiary-Temirbank (Almaty), a company listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a press release, reported the press-centre of KASE:

Temirbank summoned preliminary results of disbursement of state-allocated funds within the second stage of the mortgage loan refinance program. By the time being the bank has disbursed over KZT1.7 bn.

At the end of June, as second-tier banks completed the second refinancing stage, non-disbursed funds have been reallocated. Temirbank as on May 14, 2009 disbursed ahead of time KZT3 bn, having refinanced 764 loans, prompting National wellbeing fund Samruk-Kazyna July 1 this year to grant the bank with additional KZT3 bn. By the time being the bank refinanced 456 mortgage loans for a total of KZT1.7 bn.
