OREANDA-NEWS. On 14 August 2009 was announced, that at Partizanskaya TPP (a division of the branch Primorskaya Generating Company of the JSC “FEGC”) by the chairing of the General Director of JSC “Far Eastern Generating Company” Valery LEVIT has taken place the field sitting of the Operative group on the realization of investment project, in the frame of which there should be installed and put into operation turbine #2 K-100-90 and boiler unit TP 170 #5.

In the sitting there are participated the Chief Engineer of JSC “FEGC” A.D. TURAPIN, the First Deputy General Director of JSC “FEGC” S.N. KOBTSEV, Deputy General Director of JSC “FEGC” for capital construction V/K/ MATVIENKO, General Director of JSC “Khabarovskaya Repair and Installation Company” B.M. KUNTULOV, General Director of Designing Institute JSC “Khabarovskaya Energy and Technology Company” B.Ya. KAGANSKY, Director of ther branch “Primorskaya Generating Company” of JSC “FEGC” I.I. FRANTSEV, heads of the Departments of JSC “FEGC”, engineering personnel of PTTP.

As we have informed, the putting into operation of new equipment is planned for December of this year. The realization of this project will allow to decrease the deficit of power capacities in the maximal power loads in the coming heating season and to increase the transfer capability of the electric grid in the energy system of the south of Primoriye, which is the region of peak loads. The expenses for realization of this project are amounted to over one billion Roubles. The funding is effected with attraction of JSC “RAO ES of the East”. General contractor is JSC “Khabarovskaya Repair and Installation Company”.

From June 1 of this year the station is stopped for three months. The water reservoir, providing the cooling of generating equipment, is fully dewatered. At present time there are carrying on the construction and repair works, and other volume of works, which could not be fulfilled without stopping the station and dewatering the reservoir. In particular, there are the reconstruction of spray ponds and outer water circulating pipelines, also is carrying out the construction of the foundation for turbine unit and auxiliary equipment, reconstruction of electrolysis shop. The management of PartTPP and the representatives of the contractor have reported that there is no dragging behind the schedule of the installation. The special attention is paid to supervision over the completeness of equipment, purchased as well as fabricated.

In the conclusion of the sitting Valery LEVIT has noted: “The station will start its work on September 1. By this date all works, for which required the stoppage of the Partizanskaya TPP, should be completed. All the participants of the process are bearing personal responsibility for this stage of the project realization, as well as for putting into operation the equipment in December of this year”.
