OREANDA-NEWS. On 14 August 2009 was announced, that receivables from the customers, obtaining heat power (hot water supply and heating) from JSC “Far Eastern Generating Company” as of July 1 is amounted Roubles 3.022 bill. During June the total debts of the customers has reduced on Roubles 284 mil.

Over Roubles 2.1 bill (69.4% of the total amount) is the debts of the population. For the first summer month the indebtedness of the utility consumers has reduced on Roubles 105 mil.

Considerable part of indebtedness of the customers is recovering in the course of claim administration. In the first half year of 2009 the energy company presented to judicial instances 9,929 lawsuits to individuals for recovering the indebtedness for consumed heat power totaling Roubles 147 mil and collecting fines totaling Roubles 12.5 mil. Immediately after presentation of the lawsuits, before judicial decision, 1,655 debtors have paid its debts totaling Roubles 18.4 mil.

By the results of the first half year the courts have issued 10,340 court orders, envisaged collecting from the population the basic debts totaling Roubles 112.8 mil, fines totaling Roubles 3 mil, reimbursements of the JSC “FEGC” expenses for state duty totaling Roubles 3.6 mil.

On the court orders in favour of JSC “FEGC” have been collected the debts of the population totaling Roubles 86.3 mil. The right of traveling abroad of Russia have been restricted towards 131 debtors for heat power (their total debt on the court orders have reached Roubles 4.6 mil). It is arrested the property for total amount of Roubles 1.7 mil, including two debtors have been arrested 4 vehicles (two cars each debtor – Nissan-Wingroad and Toyota-Celica), and towards 149 debtors more have applied the restrictions for registration formalities with vehicles.

One more active action in the work with skates is the application to the court claiming the eviction of tenants and members of their families, if they have not pay rentals and utility payments for more than six months (art. 90 of the Housing Code of the RF). As a rule, the debtors, without waiting for the judicial decision, are settling their debts.
