Due to detected during inspection of Asia Broker Services of systematic violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulating activities on the securities market, resolutions of the Agency Board of August 5, 2009 # 172 and 173 it was decided to revoke licenses of Asia Broker Services for investment portfolio management and brokerage and dealer activities on the securities market with the right to keep clients accounts as the nominee holder, issued to Asia Broker Services on January 22, 2007 under # 0403200587 and # 0401201330, accordingly. It should be emphasized that the mentioned licenses force expires from August 7, 2009.
