OREANDA-NEWS. August 14, 2009. An establishment conference on creation of a territorial organization under “All-Russian Electrounion” Public Association has been carried out at conference hall of JSC “Kyzyl CHP”, reported the press-centre of TGC-13.

Interests of working collectives of three primary trade union organizations such as JSC “Kyzyl CHP” (a subsidiary company of JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)”), JSC “Tuvaenergo” and JSC “Tuvaenergosbyt” were represented by 54 delegates.

Alexander Chilin, Deputy Head of the Organizational Department under the Administration of “Electrounion” All-Russian Committee as well as representatives of employers of the three organizations participated in the conference. Within the frameworks of social partnership, Viktor Bazil, Secretary of “Electrounion” All-Russian Committee, representing “Electrounion” All-Russian Committee in the Siberian District of the Russian Federation, and Vladimir Suvan-ool, Deputy Head of the Republic of Tuva Trade Union Association, actively participated in the conference.

Implementation of this large-scale event was preceded by general trade union meetings carried out at primary trade union organizations.

A decision on establishment of a territorial organization under “All-Russian Electrounion” Public Association of the Republic of Tuva and its entering in the Republic Tuva Trade Union Association has been made at the establishment conference. Several regulatory issues were discussed as well. As a result, structure and organizational issues on operation of the territorial organization were discussed and a Territorial Committee and Auditing Commission were unanimously elected.

Galina Seledtsova, Chairman of primary trade union organization under JSC “Tuvaenergo”, was elected the Chairman of the territorial organization under “All-Russian Electrounion” Public Association.

Olga Vertiprakhova, Chairman of the Kyzyl CHP primary trade union organization, was nominated to the Republic of Tuva Trade Union Association Council from the trade union organization of JSC “Kyzyl CHP”.

A.Chilin and V.Bazil gave speech at the end of the conference. They answered several questions asked by delegates of the conference, and promised support and assistance to the territorial organization on their part. On behalf of the Republic of Tuva Trade Union Association, V. Suvan-ool congratulated everyone with establishment of the territorial organization having made emphasis on the fact that a trade union was built on the base of production and territorial principle.

Delegates of the conference, representatives of production departments and divisions, hope for successful and fruitful operation of the elected Territorial Committee on upholding of interests of employees about social and labor relations.
