OREANDA-NEWS. August 13, 2009. The Global Finance magazine named Citi Russia as the Best Corporate / Institutional Internet Bank in Russia in 2009 for the third time in a row. Citi also tops the magazine's rankings in the following sub-categories in Central & Eastern Europe: Best Online Cash Management, Best Trade Finance Services, Best Web Site Design, and Best Information Security Initiatives. Also, in May 2009 Citi Russia was named the Best Foreign Bank in Russia for the second consecutive year, reported the press-centre of Citi Russia.

It is the 10th year that world class experts have identified the most successful performers among financial institutions from all over the world based on, inter alia, breadth of product offerings, evidence of tangible benefits gained from Internet initiatives, and Web site design and functionality. Category winners, such as "best online cash management", were selected based on the relative strength and success of those Web products and services.
