OREANDA-NEWS. On 13 August 2009 was announced, that for deposit development ap apatite-nepheline rock Oleny the Stream in Hibinah one of the Turkish companies is invited. It can receive a block package in the project.

The licence on Oleny the Stream in October, 2006 has received Novgorod holding "Akron". For deposit development "the Northwest phosphoric company" led by the ex-director of combine "Apatite" Sergey Fedorovym has been created.

The general stocks apatite-nepheline rocks are estimated in 392 million tons. From it the company plans to receive first production in 2011. The project also provides building of mountain-concentrating combine on the basis of this deposit.

As a whole expenses are estimated approximately in 500 million dollars. Earlier "Akron" suggested to participate in the project to the state.

Not having received support from the state, the Novgorod holding has decided to find the foreign partner for working out. The trader largest in Turkey in the market of chemical fertilizers can become them Turkish "Ost Olgun". The companies have signed the report on cooperation which provides increase in deliveries of mineral fertilizers of "Akron" at the Turkish market and reception possibility the Turkish partner of a block package in the project "Oleny the Stream". However accurate arrangements on this question while are not present.

According to experts, the project "Oleny the Stream" is critical for "Akron". They consider, that the first development cycle of a deposit "Akron" with the big efforts can finance independently, but on the second stage of the company of money will not suffice. Also experts consider, "Akron" tries to show to the state, that constantly conducts partner search in the project where it can become the guarantor or accept direct participation.
