OREANDA-NEWS. On 13 August 2009 was announced, that last week, the Altay grain processor PAVA started another training course for its employees. The education is conducted within the framework of the corporate university, which has operated for more than 5 years. It provides a unified personnel education system and promotes organizational learning and knowledge.

There are a number of educational programmes: “Efficient Sales” and “Regional Sales”. The programmes were developed by PAVA’s corporate university, and training of the company managers will be based on them during several months.

Establishment of own educational system for performance of required business tasks became necessary due to PAVA strategy of HR development. “Highly trained and motivated personnel is an important factor of success and corporate brand recognition. This system has repeatedly proved an efficient tool. Our university has educated more than one class of managers who now continue their careers in leading Russian companies”, says PAVA Director General Andrey Ananin.
