OREANDA-NEWS. On August 11, 2009 PLC "Megabank" has turned to Economic court of Kharkov oblast with request of abolishing the suit, taken by the Economic court of Kharkov oblast dated December 19, 2008 about recovering the debts on the bank’s suit to Kharkov aviation plant (KGAPP), reported the press-centre of Megabank.

As per results of the petition of PLC Megabank Economic court of Kharkov oblast August 10, 2009 has released the arrest imposed on funds of KGAPP, by the award of Economic court of Kharkov oblast dated December, 19 2008.
