OREANDA-NEWS. August 12, 2009. The Government is into implementation of the Anti-Crisis Program in building domain. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko announced on opening a Governmental session.

According to her, at its today’s meeting the Government will adopt one more decision on purchase of flats from 35 building companies in unfinished objects of construction for the privileged categories of citizens. The Head of Government informed such unfinished objects are located in all regions of Ukraine while the housing objects comply with price parameters approved by the Government. According to Yulia Tymoshenko, in total the Gov’t will be capable to buy 1569 flats through the State Mortgage Institution for the privileged categories. Also, she added, owing to the decisions of the Government 2897 families will have chance to move into apartments they paid for but failed to obtain vouchers yet.

“In general, taking into account today’s and previous decisions we will have almost 5.5 thousand of families all around the country who will receive either privileged housing or financed flats that were uncompleted,” Yulia Tymoshenko emphasized. “This matter has an amount of financing in UAH 2 billion and during the month we will transfer the funds into the building branch, no matter which obstacles are put in our way,” the Head of Government stressed and added certain pols and statesmen were trying to hamper the Anti-Crisis Program of the Government in building area. “No authority or politician will prevent us from bringing this matter to its logical end,” Yulia Tymoshenko urged.
