On 11 August 2009 was announced, that during Cabinet meeting, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov familiarized himself with the projects for construction of road transport infrastructure, which were developed by "Vozrozhdenye" company St. Petersburg, Russia) on the order of the Turkmen side. The projects include road interchanges, bridges, new ramp that will appear in Ashgabat and in Balkan province in the near future.
