OREANDA-NEWS. On August 05-06, 2009 chief engineers of Chinese Company “China Communications Construction Company Ltd” visited Klaipeda Port. The aim of the visit was to discuss the issues concerning future construction of Passenger and cargo terminal at Klaipeda Port and other planned port infrastructure projects, reported the press-centre of Klaipeda port.
 
On 5 – 6 August chief engineers Wang Xiaobo and Deng Xigui of Chinese Company “China Communications Construction Company Ltd” visited the Port Authority (24 J. Janonio Street). The guests were met by Director General of the Port Authority Eugenijus Gentvilas, Director for marketing Arturas Drungilas, representatives of the Port Infrastructure Service, Public Procurement Service and Law Department who discussed issues of future construction of Passenger and cargo terminal at Klaipeda Port and other planned port infrastructure projects with the arrived guests.
 
After the visit in the Port Authority the guests were taken on an introductory excursion around the port waters.
 
During two-day visit the chief engineers of Chinese Company “China Communications Construction Company Ltd” were to attend the future Klaipeda Passenger and cargo terminal.
