OREANDA-NEWS. August 10, 2009. Megabank (Kharkov) plans to increase the authorized capital by 43%, or for UAH 150 million, - up to UAH 500 million by means of additional issue of shares, reported the press-centre of Megabank.

As the bank has informed the media, the issue of increase of authorized capital will put on the agenda of general shareholders’ meeting of the bank August 21, writes Interfax-Ukraine.
 
The bank plans to issue additional common registered shares with par value 1 UAH during September 18-30. Besides, in bank’s plans also the reorganization from open into public limited company.
