OREANDA-NEWS. August 10, 2009. The census is organized to obtain a complex information in the agrarian sector in order to develop the branch development program.

The census will be organized by the National Statistics Bureau in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry and local authorities.

The census will be carried out within the framework of the United Nations Agriculture Program and the World Agricultural Census. The last agricultural census of Moldova was carried out in 1994.
