OREANDA-NEWS. On August 07, 2009 The Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko has handed over vouchers for flats to employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Boyarka town of Kyiv region.

During a solemn ceremony Yulia Tymoshenko said that the Gov’t had started the Anti-Crisis Program of Completion of Unfinished Objects. According to her, the Government accumulated certain amount of financial resources and by the end of year according to this Anti-Crisis Program 10 thousand of flats for privileged categories will be purchased.

At this, the Prime Minister noted that the building in Boyarka became the first where the Gov’t purchased 75 flats: “This is only the beginning, by the end of year we will give ten thousand of flats to privileged categories of citizens,” Yulia Tymoshenko underlined. After visiting the flats the Head of Government remained satisfied with their quality. Yulia Tymoshenko emphasized that the apartments have high-quality wallpaper, linoleum, they have high level of energy saving. “This is high-quality accommodation and I am satisfied we have managed to buy such objects,” Yulia Tymoshenko said and thanked to the builders.

The Premier congratulated everyone who received a new flat and wished all the best. Yulia Tymoshenko stressed for the Gov’t this Program appears of extreme importance and it will spread all around the country.

In his turn, Pavlo Genov, commercial director of Miskbudinvest company which constructed the building, noted that owing to support of the Government the company could have finished this building, could “unfreeze” building of four more objects and continue construction on ten other objects. “Thanks to the Government dozens of people in epaulets could have obtained accommodation,” he underlined and added that a friend in need is a friend indeed. “Now we know who is our friend and who we will go after”.

People who received the flats thanked to Yulia Tymoshenko for the Government taking care of them. Those present at the ceremony communicated long with the Head of Government, told her about their problems and thanked for the support.
