OREANDA-NEWS. August 06, 2009. To register the issue and prospectus of  non-convertible interest documentary bonds on bearer 03 series with compulsory centralizing storing of the limited liability company “DVTG-Finance” (Moscow), hosted by the open subscription, reported the press-centre of DVTG.

In accordance with decision about an issue of securities the issuer has released:

The number of the securities of the issue : 1 500 000 ( one million five hundred )
Par value of each security of the issue : 1 000 ( one thousand) rubles
The total issue amount ( per par value) : 1 500 000,00 (one billion, five hundred million rubles)
To assign to the issue the state registration number 4-03-36278-R.
