OREANDA-NEWS. On 07 August 2009 CenterTelecom OJSC announced that its Board of Directors has appointed a new Management Board on basis of recommendations from the Committee for Human Resources and Remuneration to the Board of Directors. The issue was considered by the Board of Directors in connection with the expiry of powers of previous Management Board members on July 30.

In accordance with the Federal Law "On Joint Stock Companies" Vaagn Martirosyan, general director of CenterTelecom, heads the Management Board.

The new Management Board, with terms of office from July 31, 2009 to July 30, 2010, includes the following members:

1. Alexander Gribov, Administrative Director, CenterTelecom

2. Konstantin Zverev, IT Director, CenterTelecom

3. Alexei Kamyshev, Deputy General Director, Financial Director, CenterTelecom

4. Andrei Kartashov, Chief Accountant, CenterTelecom

5. Vadim Kondratov, Deputy General Director, Technical Director, CenterTelecom

6. Stanislav Panchenko, Advisor to General Director, CenterTelecom

7. Dmitry Parkhomenko, Legal Issues and Government Relations Director, CenterTelecom

8. Viktoria Polikarpova, Advisor to General Director, CenterTelecom

9. Evgeny Stepanov, Deputy General Director, HR Director, CenterTelecom.
