1. Review of the economy of Lithuania and medium-term macroeconomic projections
The Board of the Bank of Lithuania was presented the Economics Department’s information on the current situation in the economy of Lithuania and the prospects of its development, and approved the medium-term macroeconomic projections of the Bank of Lithuania, reported the press-centre of Bank of Lithuania.

2. Permission to register changes in the Articles of Association of AB DnB NORD bankas
The Board of the Bank of Lithuania permitted AB DnB NORD bankas to register an amendment to its Articles of Association in relation to the increase of the Bank’s authorised capital to LTL 656,665,410, which was approved during a general meeting of shareholders of the Bank on 30 March 2009.

3. Setting a tariff on services of the Message Exchange System component of the Electronic Document Exchange System LITAS
The Board of the Bank of Lithuania decided to fix a price for the processing of one document relating to securities transactions in the Message Exchange System component of the Electronic Document Exchange System LITAS - LTL 0.04.

The Message Exchange System component of the Electronic Document Exchange System LITAS ensures an interface between the Bank of Lithuania payment systems, Loan Risk Database, Credit Institution Reporting System and other Bank of Lithuania information systems and the information systems of participants in these systems.
